Summary

The Commercial Duct Cleaning Department Manager will lead the revenue growth and customer relationship function through successful projects and process development. Focused on building and developing relationships in the Twin Cities metro area, specifically for driving revenue in commercial duct cleaning at new and established accounts. The Department Manager will establish best practices for the company and drive operational excellence through estimation, project management, field leadership and a high level of customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer relationship management through sales and service efforts.
• Estimate, develop, and present projects and service proposals.
• Hire and train new technicians.
• Manage billing, job costing and project closeout processes.
• Review and approve invoices from subs, suppliers, and vendors.
• Manage and communicate manpower needs and project forecasting.
• Coordinate service work directly communicating with customers.
• Project communication with construction manager/GC, subcontractors, vendors, project superintendents, etc. on project-based activities.
• Monitoring productivity and job performance including reviewing labor reports with service technicians.
• Managing project escalations as needed.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with the goal of repeat, profitable business.
• Identify any gaps in procedures, processes etc.

• Work will generally be performed from the Bloomington Office and customer sites.
