Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Passionate about IT and technology in general
- Provide hardware and software technical support for employees and computer applications including but not limited to: LAN, WAN, PCs, cell phones, land-line phones, loT devices
- Administer IT standard operating procedures and controls for the organization regarding computer networks, hardware, software and phone systems

- Set up employee and business computer systems employees
- Train systems users
- Customer focused as a technical support member in a manufacturing environment
- Lead local IT projects in close collaboration with corporate IT
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in Computer Science
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Must be able to read and interpret work documents
- Must have the ability to work in teams
- Must have the ability to perform basic math
- Must have the ability to adapt to frequent changes

Advanced knowledge of:
- Phone system software configuration
- LAN/WAN/WLAN
- Windows server operating system
- Must have excellent listening skills
- Must have strong interpersonal skills - ability to involve and engage end users – internal customer oriented
