Job Summary
We're seeking a hardworking and dedicated Lead Mitigation Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disaster recovery and restoration services, specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation. You will be responsible for assessing damage, executing mitigation strategies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you'll also be responsible for maintaining job site safety and executing the job action plan for restoration production. You'll work in some cases in confined spaces including heights and utilize power tools to get the job done. Additionally, you'll assist with warehouse duties, moving, cleaning, and storing equipment, and tools, and keeping vans clean and stocked.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities
- Execute water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation processes
- Conduct fire and smoke damage restoration activities
- Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
- Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris
- Maintaining job site safety
- Execute job action plan for restoration production
- Contents manipulation
- Working in confined spaces including heights
- Utilization of power tools
- Assist with warehouse duties
- Must have Valid Drivers' License
- Must have reliable transportation to Main Office
- Must have prior experience as a mitigation technician - at least 6 months, prefer 1 year
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Experience using Xactimate is a plus
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
- Clean shaven face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations - no exceptions
- Working in a team environment
- Working in tight or confined spaces
