Job Summary
We're seeking a hardworking and dedicated Mitigation Foreman to join our team. In this position, you'll play a crucial role in the successful execution of mitigation projects. Your primary duties will include supporting the Project Manager, leading project teams, and overseeing the mitigation process. You'll also be responsible for maintaining job site safety and executing the job action plan for mitigation production. In some cases, you will work in confined spaces including heights and utilize power tools to get the job done. Additionally, you'll assist with warehouse duties, moving, cleaning, and storing equipment, and tools, and keeping vans clean and stocked.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be a team player with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support the Project Manager on all job sites activities
- Execute the job action plan for mitigation production
- Communicate workflow and scope of work with team members assigned to project
- Work directly with team members to remove/demo materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
- Extract standing water as needed
- Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris
- Maintaining job site safety
- Working in confined spaces including heights
- Utilization of power tools
- Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
- Assist with warehouse duties
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check
- 3 years of experience in disaster mitigation, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of mitigation techniques for water, fire, and mold damage
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Able to frequently walk, stand, bend, and twist
- Clean shaven face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
- Working in a team environment
- Working in tight or confined spaces
- On call per rotation schedule (Paid OT)
- IICRC certifications in Water Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT); FSRT and TCST are a plus
- Familiarity with mitigation project management software
- OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification
