In this full-time role, you'll collaborate with our Project Manager to lead projects, supervise teams, and communicate with clients and adjusters to ensure excellence on every job.
What You'll Do:
- Execute scopes of work for restoration projects.
- Supervise crew members and subcontractors on-site.
- Set up drying equipment, extract water, and ensure job site efficiency.
- Communicate job progress and scope with team members and clients.
- Estimate jobs using Xactimate and manage job files in DASH.
- Be hands-on and ready to assist wherever needed!
Requirements:
- Proven restoration and sales experience (required).
- IICRC certifications preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
- Full-time availability, with potential overtime.
