*****Compensation:
Pay will be base pay plus commission depending on experience ex: $1000 to $1400 weekly plus 2% commission on sales

Responsibilities
- Creating estimates in Xactimate.
- Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
- Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
- Managing and organizing documentation.
- Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
- Communication with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.

Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation such as water and fire; Mold is a plus.
- 2 years' experience in Xactimate
- IICRC certified.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
