- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure alignment with national brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials and resources to support local campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to franchisees in executing effective localized marketing efforts.
- Manage website updates, blog content, video production, and social media channels to engage audiences and drive traffic.
- Monitor online reputation and implement strategies to enhance brand perception and lead quality.
- Support the Marketing Director in leveraging digital platforms for maximum brand impact.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with strategic goals.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior leadership review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the insurance restoration or related industry.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Experience in managing projects independently and collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
