Job Summary
Are you a hands-on problem-solver looking for an exciting career opportunity? We are seeking a Restoration Technician to join our growing team! As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will be responsible to work side by side with the Mitigation Service Team restoring buildings that have been damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes.
In this role, you will work closely with our team members to perform a variety of tasks such as removing and demolishing materials that cannot be restored, extracting standing water, and cleaning up affected materials and areas at job sites. You will also be responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools, among other things.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in fast- paced, ever-changing environments. You will also need to be able to think on your feet and make sound decisions to ensure that projects are completed.
