Urgently Hiring - DryTech Restoration is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for a full-time position.
Home Service Sales- All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching department, no cold calling, no struggling to find leads! All of our leads are pre-qualified! There is something to sell on EVERY lead!
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners in their times of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Representative with the help of our dispatch department. This position requires no cold calling but highly skilled sales techniques to complete the "one visit close" in-home appointments.

Responsibilities :
Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
Execute top-notch customer service as a Sales Project Manager
Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job
Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
Ensure to respond within 90 minutes of receiving a notice for new jobs
Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications : BE A CLOSER!
Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems.
Basic Math
3 years of sales experience
Valid driver's license
Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
