Compensation:
DOE: $50,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
What You'll Get To Do
- Oversee rebuild projects from initial assignment to final billing
- Inspect new opportunities, document work scope, and create change orders and TM estimates
- Maintain consistent communication with customers and insurance companies throughout projects
- Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for projects
- Update files with relevant notes, receipts, and progress updates
- Ensure a positive customer experience and request reviews when appropriate
- Act as a project subject expert and delegate tasks to support staff
- Manage budgets and revenue to meet department profitability goals
- Keep project statuses active and meet monthly/quarterly financial targets
- Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Regularly report project progress and budget updates to customers
- Collaborate with the administrative team and assign tasks as needed
Qualifications:
What We Expect You To Have
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Exceptional communication skills are essential to effectively engage with all project stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expertise in project management are critical qualifications
- The ability to work independently, provide weekly status reports, and showcase problem-solving skills are key requirements
- Possession of an IICRC certification would be advantageous for this position
