Fulfillment Shipper

Perform fulfillment activities, hand insertion, kit assembly, and other duties in support of production requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform hand insertion or kit assembly assignments from team lead or manager.
• Assists with the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies.
• Back up to Fulfillment team as needed.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintains a clean and neat work area.
• Pick and pack orders as needed.
• Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and counting accurately.
• Interact with vendors and drivers in a professional manner.
• Provides backup support for shipping and receiving.
• Process outgoing mail through the meter machine applying postage to mail pieces.
• Operate bindery equipment as needed.
• QC using established processes.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school education, GED or equivalent required.
• Prior Forklift Certification preferred.
• Prior experience processing daily shipping orders via UPS, Fed Ex etc.
• Prior experience shipping international shipments through UPS and Fed Ex

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Good Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Ability to work closely with others in a team-based environment.
• Must be flexible and deadline driven.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
