What are the responsibilities and job description for the Industrial Electrical & Instrumentation Technician position at DS Smith?
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting rate $36.65 per hour

The Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
- At least 3 years’ experience with basic AC/DC power and controls (Or a combination of 2 years of formal training and 2 years of experience)
- 2 years of experience in 480 Volt Motor Control Systems
- Basic working knowledge of Programmable Logic Controls; Programming experience is a plus
- 3 years of experience using basic testing equipment such as multimeters, ammeters and megohmmeters
- Proficiency in reading basic electrical schematic drawings
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong recordkeeping skills
- Availability to work overtime and respond to call-ins for emergency repair work
