DS Tech is seeking to hire a Part Time Receptionist / Customer Advocate in Escanaba, Michigan, who will play a crucial role in shaping the perception of the company and ensuring a positive experience for customers. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Required Skills & Duties:
- 1 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can follow a task to its completion
- Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information
- Answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the correct individuals or departments.
- Taking and delivering messages when necessary
- Assisting with the preparation of documents or reports.
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their business needs while delivering concierge level service
- Consult with clients on how DS Tech can help them achieve their objectives
- Develop an understanding of clients’ needs, resources, and recommend the appropriate solutions to satisfy their demands
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by DS Tech
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Client relationship management experience is preferred
- IT Industry knowledge or interest in growing in the field
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Above average verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Wage:
Pay: $13-15/hour
Schedule: 25-30 hours a week: Monday- Friday: 8am-1pm
