Overview :
The Lead AEM Architect will provide technical guidance on complex solutions and implementations. This role involves driving enterprise-scale digital solutions, collaborating with delivery teams and key stakeholders to lead the solution, engineering best practices, and application design, development, and deployment.

AEM Architect (Adobe Experience Manager)
Responsibilities :
- Develop enterprise architecture across Adobe ecosystems (AEM, Target, Analytics).
- Transform client vision into a technology roadmap and solutions for content, commerce, and analytics.
- Lead engineering for major client projects.
- Create project technology strategy, diagnose client requirements, and define cost / time estimates.
- Design systems and applications while addressing performance and security concerns.
- Develop content models using AEM and serve as a technical expert across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a technical vision and solutions.
- Work with client executives, CTOs / CDOs, and manage distributed teams, including offshore teams.
- Define and manage technology delivery roadmaps, enforcing standards / best practices.
- Lead technical architecture and design activities, identifying deficiencies and implementing solutions.
- Research new products and technologies to align with the organization's technology roadmap.
