Overview

Responsibilities
- Design and develop multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph for enterprise workflows
- Build context-aware, memory-augmented AI agents for task automation
- Architect scalable, LLM-powered agent systems integrated with business applications
- Optimize agent orchestration with LangGraph and vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
- Apply reinforcement learning techniques (RLHF/RLAIF) to fine-tune agents
- Lead innovation in Agentic AI, self-improving systems, and adaptive planning
- Translate agent capabilities into impactful enterprise solutions
- Drive PoC projects and scale prototypes to production
- Mentor AI Engineers and Data Scientists in LangGraph and multi-agent architectures
- Set best practices for model evaluation and responsible AI deployment
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph and multi-agent AI systems
- Proficient in LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Function Calling)
- Expertise in RLHF, RLAIF, and self-learning agent design
- Skilled in knowledge graph construction and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience deploying AI agents on GCP or similar cloud platforms
- Must have proven experience in LangGraph and agentic AI systems
- Strong leadership, innovation, and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and available for hybrid work in Tampa, FL
