Overview

Freddie Mac is seeking two experienced Business Analysts with CSS (Common Securitization Solutions) and/or securitization experience to support their projects. This is a 6-month contract role with potential extensions.

Position: Business Analyst (CSS & Securitization)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work on projects involving Common Securitization Solutions (CSS) and securitization processes.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Analyze and document workflows, processes, and system enhancements.
• Provide detailed reports and insights to improve business strategies and operations.
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in CSS and securitization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Local to McLean, VA, or surrounding areas (DC/MD); remote candidates considered for exceptional qualifications.
