Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant to provide IT Staff Augmentation Services for CareerSource Florida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process engineering, project management, and a strong IT background to meet the professional standards expected of IT professionals in similar roles across Florida.

Position: Business Process Consultant - Advanced

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Staff Augmentation Services for CareerSource Florida.
• Lead process engineering efforts and support project management tasks.
• Ensure that IT services meet professional and quality standards across Florida.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, OR
• Equivalent work experience (Minimum of seven (7) years in IT, including four (4) years in process engineering and two (2) years in project management).
• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience required.
• PMP or BA certificates are preferred.

• The contractor must meet professional standards and quality expectations for IT staff augmentation services.
  
  

Candidate Details
