Overview

The IAM Security Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM solutions, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management, authentication, and access governance. The role involves collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to align IAM solutions with organizational security goals.

Position: IAM Security Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and architect IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure security compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to integrate IAM solutions effectively.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, PAM).
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for security threats.
• Lead IAM projects from planning to execution.
• Monitor IAM system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay updated on the latest IAM trends and technologies.
• Develop and deliver IAM training programs for internal teams.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of IAM experience, with strong expertise in IAM architecture.
• Proficiency in access administration and IAM security best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as SSO, MFA, PAM.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and security threat mitigation.
• Preferred: Local to Atlanta, GA (non-local candidates must relocate from day one).
