Overview

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist will manage NYPA’s user access and identity policies to secure systems and maintain compliance. The role focuses on implementing and enhancing IAM protocols, conducting security audits, and collaborating with IT and security teams to enforce best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IAM policies to protect NYPA’s systems.
• Conduct regular security audits and manage access permissions.
• Monitor and improve IAM protocols, including SSO and MFA.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with IAM policies.
• Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents promptly.
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Experience in identity and access management (IAM).
• Preferred Certifications: Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Skills in IAM solutions, including Okta, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of IAM best practices and hands-on experience in secure access solutions.
  
  

Candidate Details

• Must have experience in IAM with preferred certifications (CIAM or CISM) and technical expertise in IAM solutions.
