Overview

Position: Information Security Lead at AMDOCS

Responsibilities

• Define and implement security strategies, standards, and procedures to support organizational goals
• Lead teams in addressing information security challenges and ensuring effective project delivery
• Guide teams to meet internal and external business requirements, formulating IS solutions based on technical and business needs
• Design and respond to RFx requests, create POCs and demos, and present security solutions to stakeholders
• Lead and manage information security projects, including budget management, customer relationships, timelines, and deliverables
• Evaluate organizational outcomes and recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with emerging trends and security needs
• Foster effective communication within the team and across the organization regarding project goals, status, and initiatives
• Provide technical guidance and training to information owners, security managers, and IT associates
• Lead teams in areas such as risk assessment, cyber technologies, corporate security, SOC, Penetration Testing, and security operations
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and employee relations
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Comprehensive experience in information security and management
• Knowledge of security methodologies, including PCI DSS, SOX, DPA, ISO 27001, BS25999, ISO 20000, OWASP
• Experience with risk management methodologies and secure SDLC practices
• ISO 27001 Certified
• CISA/CISM preferred
• CISSP/CEH preferred
• Proven management experience, including leading teams in technical domains such as IT, Application, and GRC
