- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource and cost management, test plans, and monitoring activities
- Coordinate collection and management of business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage communication cadence
- Partner with development managers to plan scope, allocate resources, and set schedules
- Ensure compliance with governance controls (RACI cards, traceability matrices, toll gate reviews)
- PMP certification
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience in commercial banking
- Proficient in Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in project budget management and financial reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with third-party vendor management (requirements and delivery oversight)
- Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
