Responsibilities
- Lead software engineers in development, testing, and product delivery.
- Mentor and retain top engineering talent.
- Collaborate with Product Strategy, Cloud Architecture, and Hosting Operations teams.
- Provide business and technical guidance.
- Enhance and streamline the SDLC.
- Design robust technical solutions based on product requirements.
- Ensure architectural soundness and maintainability.
- Define/enforce quality and documentation standards.
- Represent development in audits and ensure compliance.
- Act as the escalation point for technical delivery issues.
Requirement Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years in software development with Microsoft technologies.
- 4 years as an engineering manager.
- 2 years with cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
- Experience in enterprise-grade software delivery.
- Strong C#.NET expertise
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Agile methodologies
- Solid design pattern and software architecture knowledge
- Leadership and team management
- Decision-making and adaptability
- Excellent communication and time management
- Contract position starting May 1st, 2025
- Remote flexibility available
- Reports to the Technology Organization management team
- High interaction with cross-functional departments
- Must demonstrate leadership in engineering roles
- Hands-on technical and management background
- Strong Microsoft stack and cloud experience
