Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for referred patients based on established principles and practices of physical therapy.
- Supervised by and report to the Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist.
- Supervise assistants, aides, and students.
- Support all programs within the Rehabilitation Continuum.
- Maintain effective working relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and support personnel.
- This position is on a Per Diem basis, covering both inpatient and outpatient care.
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- Experience: Physical Therapy experience required.
- Certification and Licensure:
- PA Physical Therapy License (PA Physical Therapy Temp Licensure will be considered).
- CPR Certification.
- Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
