Overview

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to enhance the quality and implementation of our software products. This role is focused on test management in a distributed, multi-vendor environment within the Life Insurance, Reserves, and Annuities domain.

Position

Lead Program Test Management in a distributed multi-vendor environment, develop and manage test automation solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of test plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead program test management within a distributed multi-vendor environment.
• Develop, implement, and manage test automation solutions.
• Create and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure seamless test execution.
• Utilize JIRA for defect tracking and ensure accurate issue reporting.
• Maintain reproducibility, auditability, and traceability of all deliverables.
• Proactively identify and rectify areas of improvement in the testing process.
• Adhere to Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in program test management within a distributed multi-vendor environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Life Insurance, Reserves, and Annuities.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with test automation solutions.
• Proven ability to develop and manage test strategies, test plans, and test lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC.
