Overview

Position: QA – Lead level experience (8 years)

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans for the project, ensuring coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on test environment and test data strategies
• Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation (plans, cases, scripts, reports)
• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on business requirements and system specifications
• Report on testing and defect statuses, especially during critical test phases
• Perform regression testing to ensure system changes don’t impact existing functionality
• Analyze and report defects, verifying fixes
• Proactively communicates with Product Manager, Business Analysts, and Developers on test status
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• 8 years of experience developing test plans, test cases, and test strategies for functional, integration, and user testing
• 5 years of experience working on supply chain systems, including Warehouse Management and Order Management solutions
• Experience working on large, cross-system projects and complex business applications
• Strong background in Web services/API testing (Postman/Insomnia), functional testing, regression testing, performance testing
• Experience with test automation is a plus
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
