Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/GTS Analyst to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and oversee multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS), along with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design cross-functional solutions to meet complex business needs and evaluate new technologies.
• Perform and document SAP configuration, coding, testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance), and data conversions.
• Oversee the execution of multiple projects, managing a team of GTS consultants, providing technical guidance, and assessing project budgets.
• Manage the intake of new business requirements, perform assessments, high-level design, project sizing, and estimation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of SAP configuration experience in SD and GTS, with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
• Strong project management experience, leading multiple projects and managing budgets vs actual spend.
• Expertise in GTS Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, Legal Control) and Customs Management.
• Knowledge of GTS Customs Declaration documents and associated forms like commercial invoices.
• Experience with US Automated Export System (AES) filing using SAP GTS and broker interface integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD Billing, Pricing, and Billing Copy Control in SAP ECC.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Change Management, writing and executing test plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze multiple sources of information.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics and build consensus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience working with Data Analytics (Hadoop, Tableau) to prepare dashboards.
• Knowledge of SAP Security Functions and SAP Technical Upgrades.
• Experience developing custom interfaces in SAP.
• Understanding of SAP CRM functionalities (Opportunities, Contracts, Service Cases).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its integration with SAP GTS.
