Overview

Capco is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of infrastructure-focused projects for Jefferies. The role centers on Cloud initiatives, Microsoft Power Platform implementations, and integration of a Global Command Center, requiring strong technical and stakeholder management skills.

Position: Contract – Full-Time Onsite

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project/program management within Jefferies’ Infrastructure domain
• Manage concurrent Cloud and Power Platform projects aligned with strategic business goals
• Support the PMO in tracking project delivery, risk management, and KPI reporting
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to manage program status and escalations
• Drive the integration of the Global Command Center
• Create project plans, dashboards, and executive materials using Power BI
• Monitor and report on performance metrics and KPIs
• Ensure governance, transparency, and compliance across programs
• Manage expectations and maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• 10 years in IT Project/Program Management, particularly in infrastructure
• Proven experience with Cloud programs and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience with Global Command Center integration is mandatory
• Strong grasp of infrastructure technologies (end-user services, networking, servers, cloud)
• Power BI expertise for data visualization and reporting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in project governance and risk management best practices
