The SDET will be responsible for leading quality engineering activities in an Agile environment, implementing test strategies, and performing both front-end and back-end testing. The role requires expertise in test automation, database validation, API testing, and CI/CD integration.

SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) (Full time role)

• Lead QE activities in Agile teams, including test strategy and execution.
• Prepare test cases, perform risk-based testing, and estimate story points.
• Conduct front-end UI testing and back-end testing (database, APIs, services).
• Implement automation testing using Selenium, TestNG, and Java.
• Perform API automation and integrate with CI/CD pipelines (Octopus, Jenkins).
• Work with AWS Lambda, Kafka messaging, and strong SQL queries.
• Log and report defects while tracking sprint and monthly execution metrics.

• Strong experience in quality engineering and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in Java programming for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, and Maven.
• Proficiency in API automation and back-end validation (SQL, Kafka, AWS Lambda).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Octopus, or similar.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and source control (Git).
