Overview:The Technical Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting quantitative data analysis, leveraging SQL, AWS, and data modeling tools to derive insights and optimize business decisions. The role requires strong analytical thinking, data processing expertise, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
Position:Technical Data Analyst (Full Time Role)
Responsibilities:- Perform quantitative data analysis to support business decisions.
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract, segment, and aggregate data from data warehouses.
- Utilize relational, NoSQL, and stream processing systems for data query and processing.
- Work with AWS services like Redshift, Athena, and other core AWS components.
- Apply data modeling techniques and analytical tools (Python, R, or PyCharm).
- Conduct end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex problems.
- Communicate technical insights to executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with instrumentation, clickstream data, and business systems such as Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and EWFM.
- 5 years of experience in quantitative data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and aggregation.
- Familiarity with data processing tools and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with AWS services (Redshift, Athena, and core AWS concepts).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights clearly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience with business system interactions such as Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and EWFM.
