Overview

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of Enterprise SaaS applications focused on Transportation and Logistics Management Systems (TMS). The role involves overseeing complex software product development, ensuring alignment with PMO processes, business priorities, and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $5M software product development program, directing multiple project managers.
• Lead the planning and execution of technology projects within the SDLC, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Align roadmaps, assess risks, and communicate dependencies across delivery streams.
• Develop and execute cross-functional program plans, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with product, IT, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Oversee onshore and offshore Agile development teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Track progress using Earned Value Management and key delivery metrics.
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience managing complex technology projects with budgets of $5M .
• Strong technical background in software engineering, DevOps, or IT project management.
• 5 years of experience in SDLC, Scrum methodologies, and Scaled Agile practices.
• Expertise in project cost modeling, capacity planning, and Earned Value Management.
• Proficiency in Jira, MS Teams, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and governance skills.
