Overview

Seeking an experienced UAT Analyst/Coordinator with a background in Core Banking to manage and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for banking applications. The role involves working closely with business users, SMEs, and technical teams in a hybrid environment based in NYC.

Position: Long-Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop UAT Test Plan, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases
• Obtain signoff from Business Users and Application SMEs
• Coordinate and socialize UAT Plan with stakeholders
• Identify UAT Test Bed with support from business and technical teams
• Execute UAT Test Cases with Business Teams
• Log, triage, and close UAT defects
• Conduct daily UAT execution status meetings
• Provide regular UAT status reports
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in banking and financial services
• 2 years as a Junior Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Core and Commercial Banking products and services
• Experience with ACH/Wire processing, risk management, and compliance systems
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proven ability to document and execute UAT plans
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Ability to follow instructions, execute tasks, and ensure policy compliance
• Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
