Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Windows Administration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a global customer environment. The role requires in-depth expertise in Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, and system automation, along with strong troubleshooting capabilities in large-scale data center settings. The candidate must be open to working during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory upgrades and migrations
• Upgrade Windows OS from 2008/2012 to latest versions
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell
• Manage RDS, Terminal Services, and Azure AD Sync
• Configure and manage DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, and Certificate Services
• Administer Group Policy Management and Windows Clusters
• Deploy and test Windows OS, virus updates, patches, and performance tuning
• Monitor server health using SCOM/SCCM tools
• Manage patching processes via WSUS and resolve issues
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• 10 years in Windows Administration
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, and Windows Server troubleshooting
• Familiarity with security, permissions, registry settings, and file system access
• Experience in high-availability systems and performance optimization
• Willingness to work US business hours
