Responsibilities
- Manage custom orders from inception to delivery, including working directly with clients to clarify technical specifications.
- Review customer-submitted CAD drawings and collaborate with designers to ensure manufacturability.
- Convert customer specifications into clear production instructions.
- Generate quotes and timelines for custom orders.
- Advise clients on material choices, finishes, and design options.
- Provide feedback to customers on production timelines, delays, and technical challenges.
- Ensure all custom orders meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate information is provided to clients and that all details are captured for production.
- Input all communications and documents into the CRM system.

Requirements

- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple custom orders at different stages of production.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Knowledge of the building supply, hardware and/or doors/windows industries.
