DSA Doors, the premium wood door manufacturing company in the United States, is looking for customer-oriented person to join us in our Raleigh, NC office. We have an excellent opportunity within our sales team as our Customer Service/Administrative Assistant. You will be the point-of-contact for our customers to provide sales and support of our standard-stock products. This entry-level role involves routine office tasks, answering customer inquiries, processing basic orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the company. You need to be eager to learn, ready to provide top-notch customer service and sell our quality products and be ready for other tasks as assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the sales group. The position is full-time with benefits.
This is an On-Site position based in Raleigh.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Input basic customer orders into the system and ensure accurate order processing.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with invoicing and billing questions.
- Provide general support to sales and production teams.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure they are satisfied with products and services.
Experience you’ll bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Customer service experience highly preferred.
