We are looking for a sales-hungry and result-oriented National Director of Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the windows, doors, or building materials industry to successfully work with our partners and dealers. Along with strengthening and developing relationships with all parties, you will be instrumental in driving sales strategies and marketing initiatives that align with our core strengths and contribute to our continued success in the building material manufacturing industry. In this role, the position will manage a team of customer service staff and outside sales and marketing staff to achieve the goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and drive an increase in existing sales volume.
- Lead and manage a team of customer service, sales, and marketing professionals.
- Foster and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and key industry partners.
- Oversee sales operations, set targets, and ensure the achievement of company goals.
- Travel (25-50%) to support offsite teams and dealer relationships.
- Be based in Raleigh, NC, with regular onsite leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership, leading a sales organization across multi-region.
- Proven ability to navigate distributor organizations and grow client portfolios.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic sales skills.
- Strong networking ability to cultivate and maintain industry relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
