DSA Doors, the premium wood door manufacturing company in the United States, is looking for customer-oriented person to join us in our Raleigh, NC office. We have an excellent opportunity within our sales team our Order Coordinator/Standard Sales Specialist. You will be a point-of-contact for our customers to provide sales and support of our standard-stock products. You need to be eager to learn, ready to provide top-notch customer service and sell our quality products and be ready for other tasks as assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the sales group. The position is full-time with benefits, plus an opportunity to earn sales bonus!!!
This is an On-Site position based in Raleigh.
Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders, understand specifications, and accurately input them into the order management system.
- Communicate directly with customers to clarify product specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure customer orders are processed on time.
- Maintain order logs and track customer orders through the fulfillment process.
- Process customer requests for standard doors or products, ensuring all details are recorded accurately.
- Prepare quotes and price lists for customers.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues related to product orders.
- Work closely with the shipping and receiving departments to ensure accurate deliveries.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Associates degree or previous experience in customer service or inside sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word
- Strong communication & presentation skills, influencing, negotiating, analytical thinking, time management skills are essential
- Basic understanding of the company’s product offerings and capabilities.
- Ability to learn and use specialized industry software.
We’ll be excited if you have:
- 2 years inside sales or customer service experience in selling doors or building materials industry
- Sage 100 or Sage CRM experience
