Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented seasoned Business Services Accountant to join our growing team. As an expert accountant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and perform a variety of accounting, tax, and bookkeeping tasks. You will be mentored and supervised by experienced professionals, allowing you to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily transactions, maintain ledgers, and prepare financial statements using specialized software programs.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate accruals, prepaids, property and equipment values, and depreciation expenses.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with clients to provide exceptional service and address their accounting needs.
• Collaborate with various teams to handle accounting, auditing, and tax duties as required.

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
• CPA certification or CPA certification eligibility is a plus.
• Prior accounting internship experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of finance.
• Excellent time management skills to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality client service and maintain ethical standards.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to advance in the firm.
