We are located in Nashua, NH and offer coed adult group strength and conditioning classes with an average coach to member ratio of 1:8. We also have a women’s only group, private training, a growing athletic development program and youth camps.

- Undergraduate degree in sports or health sciences (or equivalent industry experience)

Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and coach group classes, semi-private, and private one-on-one training sessions
- Coach a combination of morning, evening and weekend shifts (30-40 coaching hours/week)
- Be extremely hard-working and comfortable with early-mornings and long shifts
- Constantly seek opportunities to help and engage with members
- Ensure each member is greeted, connected with, and coached during every class and session
- Meet members where they are at and guide them to success
- Ensure DSC is the cleanest and most organized workout facility imaginable by preparing, organizing, and cleaning before, during, and after classes
- Have a team first mentality
- Arrive early each day to help the team prepare for the day
- Spend time with team before and after class hours
- Leave personal baggage at the door
- Bring an extremely positive attitude and energy to the team
- Engage in continuing education activities weekly and one larger course per year.
- Attend weekly staff meetings Wednesdays at 1pm.
Skills Required
- Create a world-class fitness experience for each member

- Learn and use all member’s names and develop a personal connection with each DSC member
- Create a welcoming, supportive, and comfortable class environment for new members and trials
- Participate in and add meaningful ideas to staff meetings
- Represent our team, mission, and community in and outside of DSC
