Reports to: Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Production Supervisor in managing production operators and team members.
- Monitor production operations, procedures, and safety to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor and evaluate workers' performance and ensure they meet the targets and safety standards.
- Active participation in safety initiatives or programs and conduct and assist with team safety training for equipment operators and team members.
- Production Team Members must uphold company practices and policies in areas such as Safety, Standards of Conduct, Quality, Performance, and Communication.
- Resolve conflicts that may arise between team members.
- Act as a liaison between management and team members to facilitate good communication throughout the team.
- Read and interpret documents to ensure a seamless production process.
- Utilize the ERP system and SAP.
- Ensure all team members receive adequate training in their positions, follow all required SOPs, and safety requirements while supporting activities to support the production process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License required
- Minimum of one year of experience of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive environment.
- Must be able to perform basic to moderately difficult mathematical functions involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averaging, and percentages.
- Previous experience using scanners and WMS are preferred.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and recognize when and how to effectively collaborate with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly focused with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to Bend, turn, and use peripherals as required to operate equipment safely within company standard operator procedures.
- Able to lift, push, and pull product products from various heights weighing up to 50 lbs., depending on the location, throughout the shift.
- Able to work in a production environment for up to 8-hour shifts and any overtime hours if applicable.
