Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define
- project objectives, user requirements, and design goals for digital platforms,
- spanning from web design to tablet interfaces.
- Utilize graphic design expertise and user-centered design principles to craft visually captivating and user-friendly interfaces that effectively communicate brand identity and user intent.
- Lead the development of digital experiences that seamlessly integrate with IoT devices and products, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience across all touchpoints.
- Drive the creation of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and guide the design process, considering IoT interactions and functionalities.
- Create high-fidelity UI designs considering layout, typography, color palettes, imagery, and iconography to achieve a cohesive and engaging user experience that aligns with IoT capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs and provide ongoing support throughout the development lifecycle, integrating IoT functionalities where applicable.
- Lead the development and refinement of design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints, including IoT interactions.
- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability and optimize user flows, taking into account IoT-related interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to translate research findings into actionable design improvements, driving continuous enhancements to our digital products and IoT integrations.
- Fostering a culture of design excellence, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging IoT technologies to refine design processes and deliver innovative solutions that leverage IoT capabilities.
- Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients, effectively communicating design decisions and capturing feedback.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, CMF, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, preferably with a focus on integrating digital experiences with IoT devices and products.
- Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design across various platforms and IoT devices.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide design teams towards achieving excellence in digital experiences and IoT integrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects
- simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines and budget
- Constraints.
