Responsibilities
As a Community Day Services (CDS) Coordinator at DSC, you will assist the Manager of CDS in coordinating the services and supports of the CDS program. In this role, you will assist in the daily operation, program development, staff training, participant support, and record keeping of the department. You will manage a caseload, which includes the development, implementation, monitoring, and modification of individual outcomes established in the Personal Plan. Additionally, you will assist in the development, scheduling, and review of community-based and in-center activities and related data.

Additionally, you will assist in the development, scheduling, and review of community-based and in-center activities and related data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fundamental computer skills, including general web browsing and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- One or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities desirable.
- Sufficient physical stamina and mobility for lifting, carrying, pushing and bending related to the support of individuals and/or the products/materials associated with the support of individuals.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive an agency van.
- 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday
- Grant-funded hiring/new employee bonus of $400 (payable upon completion of training), and retention bonuses up to 4 times per year through June of 2025 - up to $1,600 per year!
- $18.50 per hour
