Responsibilities
- The Residential Manager (RM) is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the CILA homes, service delivery and support to meet the needs of the individuals, and for providing a safe and therapeutic environment. The RM is responsible to ensure compliance with the Home and Community Based Settings Rule to preserve the rights of each person. A flexible schedule and on call responsibility supports individuals and staff in the 24-hour CILA program.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of successful supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience working with individuals with IDD.
- Ability to work cooperatively with staff, agency, and community personnel.
- Ability to independently structure schedules, both personal and program, according to priority needs.
- Ability to guide professional and para-professional staff to support individual and agency outcomes consistent with DSC’s Mission.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Access to reliable, insured transportation and ability to drive CILA vans.
- Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDPs) are encouraged to apply!
- Full-time, 40 hours a week
- Grant-funded hiring/new employee bonus of $400 (payable upon completion of training), and retention bonuses up to 4 times per year through June of 2025 - up to $1,600 per year!
- $48,006 - $54,017 per year dependent upon education and experience
