Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of low supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests at the bar or during catering events.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance guest experience.

Experience

• MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS Previous experience in a bartending role is required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Strong sales skills to effectively promote drinks and specials to customers.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
• Experience in restaurant or nightclub settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
