We are a fast-growing Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm that has developed a quantitative investment process over many years and thousands of hours. We have gone against the trend of outsourcing the investment management process and instead use proprietary computer algorithms to find attractive investment opportunities. Primary Job Functions :

  • Portfolio construction based on quantitative, qualitative and technical research
  • Assist in improving our quantitative research process and investment returns
  • Take responsibility for research coverage of specific sectors / industries
  • Develop and communicate investment thesis to clients and team members verbally and in writing
  • Work across data systems to track returns and risk exposure

You currently possess :

  • At least 4 years of experience as an investment analyst or portfolio manager
  • Specific experience developing or using a quantitative investment program
  • In-depth analytical skills and the desire to constantly monitor the investment markets and make decisions with a high degree of conviction
  • Strong Bloomberg capabilities including coding using BQNT language
  • 4-year college degree in finance, math or data analytics
  • Desire to work as part of an investment team
  • Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • An ability to work with deadlines, be flexible under pressure, and prioritize work

  • This is a full-time in office position
  • Compensation Range of $85,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and qualifications
