A Typical Day in the Life of a Project Manager at DSG:
- Assist our quotations team with project estimates and compile into accurate bid proposals
- Oversee and manage project from bid through completion
- Monitor material purchasing and scheduling as needed for projects
- Serve as a primary facilitator in the customer ordering process
- Provide trouble shooting and product application assistance to customers
- Work with other team members to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
- Identify and encourage the sale of additional products as applicable
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Product and technical knowledge normally acquired in two or more years of college or technical school OR 3-5 years field experience in the residential/commercial applications of electrical products.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, customer service and communication skills across a variety of settings (in-person, phone, and email).
- A knack for active listening to determine customer needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Superior problem solving, project management, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to multi-task.
- The ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively.
- A high proficiency with computers – experience in Eclipse or other ERP systems preferred.
- An ability to interpret civil blueprints, plans, and drawings and perform takeoffs

Salary : $49,700 - $70,500
