Customer Service Representative - Call Center -Hybrid

The Position: We’re looking for a Call Center Customer Service Representative. Job duties include but are not limited to answering phones and responding to customer requests for 17 offices located in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri Colorado, and Wisconsin as well as dispatching new emergency jobs and inputting customer information in our job management system. The hours for this position would be Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm or a rotating shift that includes weekends from 4pm-12am.
Our current pay rate starts at $17/hour but is negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:
- Ability to Multi-task
- Advanced reading and writing skills
- Advanced computer skills required
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Duties require professional, verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to adapt to dynamic and quickly changing environment
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Shift Availability M,T,W & F 9am-6pm, Thursday 10am-7pm & rotating Saturday 9am -2pm; Sunday 11am - 2pm
