Staffing Specialist
As the Staffing Specialist for the Savannah area, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivery of excellence throughout the Recruitment life cycle. You will take a lead role in helping drive quality outcomes through partnering closely with your hiring managers, Branch leadership and the Corporate Human Resources Team to ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This role requires someone that is detail-oriented, goal-driven with demonstrated experience performing high volume recruiting for Security Industry roles with our clients.
You are accountable for managing the hiring and selection process including quality candidate sourcing that meet the needs of your Hiring Manager and the Birmingham, AL Branch Office. You will have a strong focus on direct sourcing and will understand how to effectively leverage the employer brand and understanding of the opportunity to screen and attract top talent. Your focus will be to deliver a positive and professional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
The candidate for this position must have :
- Experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
- Security (or Service) Industry Experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED, preferably BS / BA
- Experience with MS Office with focus on Word and Excel
- Must be proficient in use of the Internet
- Experience using Indeed and applicant tracking systems
- Must have the flexibility and ability to travel periodically / regularly, depending on company needs, with some overnight travel required
