We do need an individual that ismore than familiar with the listed responsibilities. Position will also require a Credit and background check.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all A/P, A/R, Payroll processing, and general accounting duties for the business
• Conduct month-end processes and prepare financial statements, including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet
• Balance and maintaining the company’s chart of accounts
• Remit payroll taxes and sales taxes
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
• Cash flow projections and reporting
• Profit & Loss analyze & projections
• Compile and analyze data for job costing
• Post all transactions to the company ledger in an accurate and timely fashion
• Assist CPA with tax return preparation
• Complete Accounting related projects as the business requires
• Respond quickly to urgent accounting matters and remain attentive to detail
• Requirements:
• Associates degree in accounting, Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred or equal experience. Preference will be given to candidates that are QuickBooks and bookkeeping certified
• At least 5 years of full-charge accounting experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Outlook, Word, and OneNote experience as well as Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to quickly shift gears and move between tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
• High levels of accountability, accuracy, attention to detail, and organization.
• Self-starter who can handle their Accounting duties with little to no direction.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
