Responsibilities

- This is an in-office position that will report to our Urbandale, Iowa office location. Schedule Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable; receiving payments, processing, verifying, and accurately reconciling invoices
- Accounts Receivable; verify and record transactions plus resolve account discrepancies
- Oversee, monitor, and evaluate day-to-day accounting activities, and address related issues
- Conduct research on discrepancies in accounts and reports
- Monthly reporting on accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform inventory analysis to optimize the level of inventory
- Assist with preparing month-end financial statements
- Consult with and provide assistance to the CFO and Controller as needed
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Strong technical skills and creative thinking to solve problems and make real-time decisions
- Passion for detail and ability to complete complex tasks
- Action orientated - must show initiative, problem solve, and investigate
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Business-focused with a high degree of professionalism, motivation, and initiative
- Openness to adapt and receive feedback from both management and partners
- Dynamic, highly motivated with the integrity and passion to succeed
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Prior accounting experience with a proven track record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Salary of $55,000 - $60,000
