Responsibilities and Duties
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at a worksite to ensure the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.
Experience framing or hanging within the commercial construction industry.
- Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans.
- Steel Stud framing – Both interior and exterior
- Drywall hanging
- Understand and appreciate project schedules and deadlines while respecting budget constraints.
- Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a focus on quality are a must.
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety .
Requirements
- 5 years of construction experience.
- 3 years of Foreman or similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising construction teams.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Qualifications and Skills
Applicant must be legally able to work in the state of Washington who can pass a drug test, background check, and have a clean driving record.
